What are my mass transit options to get to Boston University?
Most of the school’s buildings are either on or close to Commonwealth Avenue. If you’re heading to the Kenmore Square area, take the MBTA Green Line (B, C & D) to Kenmore Station. Most of the other areas of BU can be reached via the Green Line’s B trains that run between the Blanford and Babcock Street stops. Then there’s the 57 bus, which runs on Commonwealth Avenue and makes its way through Allston and Brighton.
What will I see on a tour of the BU campus?
Tours cover everything from the student union and dorms to the BU “Beach”. You’ll want to make sure to sign up for a tour ahead of time at http://www.bu.edu/admissions/visit-us/schedule-your-visit. Since tours are given by current students, they will not be given during Spring Break in March, May, early September, and during Winter Break.
